Impending Doom and Pocket Protectors

Monday, February 25, 2008
After putting my sixty-five hours in at work this week, all I wanted to do was settle down with my PS3, and waste my day in front of the LCD of Doom.

But the area has been temporarily hijacked by a She-Beast that has a TV of own to watch.

Is this what they call cruel and unusual punishment??

.................

And because honestly, despite the major political race, a war, and oodles of environmental issues to be concerned with, TV is all that really matters. Thusly, everyone and their brother should be watching Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles tonight. At 8 p.m. On Fox.

Do it.

Heh.

Just so this blog is a little more relevant (you know, instead of me just prattling on like an adolescent teen with a pocket protector and a counterfeit Macboook), I'm taking a chance, and voting Democratic this time around. We'll see if the world ends.

Fading....into darkness?

I'm kind of at this crazy level of Internet overload these days. Which, truth be told, is a little odd since I'm unable to keep those bygone 24/7 hours of lurkage that I used to.

The key, fellow junkies?

Unless you're strictly an Internet gaming junkie (there is no hope for you, foolish WoWer), you can get all your information in quick, informative bursts. No ongoing drivel, and the like. Such is the new reality brought forth by the likes of podcasting, twitters, RSS feeds.

They're like a Starbucks expresso. Only better.

.......and probably cheaper too. Heh.

This rather random plug for the Internet in general can be blamed on listening to way too many tech podcasts over the last couple of days, leading me to ponder life, blogging, and the never ending downward spiral.

I could probably prattle on for hours, but I suppose I've already doomed us all with another overtired blog post. I'm almost tempted to apologize for this sorry waste of space.

Almost.
